World drop BoEs in Pandaland are essentially the same as the Cataclysm ones with the commensurate increase in ilvl and stats as well as most of them sharing a naming theme with their previous counterpart 多莉的华美披风. Both of these hearken back to 多莉的拥抱, the S3 badge cloak, which if yellow text can be believed remains more valuable than either of them. Dory must still be that dev's girlfriend or maybe spouse by now to keep using her name. D'awww. :)

Dropped from a mob inside Heroic Scarlet Halls. Evidently an extremely rare world drop from Pandaria.

It dropped from a Kunzen Collector when i was doing my daily quests. it may have been a Kunzen Rockflinger but I think it might be more likely it dropped from the collector.

i love seeing so many people down grading comments on here with a rough idea of where the item dropped. but then again ill be that most of the users that downgrade dont even use the wowhead looter addon that would improve the data on each item and the when and where it drops.

to the above commenter that have obtained this item. gratz thanks for your information on it even if it was a bit vague but seeing as this is a world drop then it could drop in any lvl 85-90 area, dungeon, raid added in MoP

Found this beauty in a Mistblade Ripper, in the Dread Wastes. =)

While I do not see this item showing dropping from Murk Sifter's in the Dread Wastes, that is where mine dropped. I was farming the area for raw crab meat and had killed around 80 and it dropped for me. From everything I have seen the drop rate is between the thousandths of a percent and about 5 one hundredths of a percent, so it looks like no matter the mob your chances are very small. Hopefully with more data a pattern will be more evident. In talking to the few people who have had one drop, it seems that the best chances for one from a non-elite mob are any number of the mobs in the Dread Wastes.

This dropped for me (12/12/2012) from the Springtail Warren-Mother 弹尾密径主母. (or one of the little Springtails killed at the same time, ya know aoe loot and all). I was completing the daily The Lesser of Two Evils两害相权取其轻

I was able to upgrade this item on live servers using Justice Points as if it was a blue. It had the regular cost of one upgrade of 8 levels for 1500 JP rather than two upgrades of 4 levels for 750 VP.

Mine just dropped from a Dreadspinner Tender. Dread Wastes is truly the place to get rich! Now do I sell it for lots of gold or use it to upgrade my hunter...decisions, decisions.

i was doing dailies with a friend for dominance offensive collecting wax ears when this dropped for us, right next to lions landing where the peasant are up on wooden beams building onto the fort. i think a foot soldier dropped it or one of the cat riding elves. they were both dead around us when i picked up the loot.

Now you can upgrade this one time 8 ilvls and it costs justice points instead of valor. So thats kinda awesome i think

I found one of these, and saw on the AH there was another one but it only had 0/1 upgrade, not 0/2. Was this item buffed recently or something? Most of them on AH were 0/2 upgrade but there was one that said 0/1 and it had the same exact stats and ilvl so it hadnt been upgraded once or something.

This cloaks design fits the paladin season 11 armor almost perfectly. Cataclysmic Gladiator's Scaled Armor Just mogged my pally to this and it looks awesome :)
