Wow, even if haste isn't your most important stat, this trinket is a good starting point for any Agi class.

The 1079 Agility by itself makes this thing beautiful, but the short cooldown it ends up giving you 705.5 constant constant haste, technically, making for a rather nice DPS increase.

Before spending Valor Points on this, consider 玉质盗匪俑 which has exact same stats and proc, and is a low-frequency (but not super-rare) drop from trash mobs in Mogu'shan Vaults (魔古山宝库)

Also, Reminder this item cannot be reforged because it only provides a base stat (and base stats cannot be reforged).

Since I couldn't find anywhere giving up-to-date trinket rankings from a Feral perspective, I ran the numbers myself.

These figures are based on the stat weightings given by Elitist Jerks (http://elitistjerks.com/f73/t130906-feral_cat_mists_pandaria_5_0_4_a/#Stat_Values_) and based on the details on ICDs given by Ghostcrawler (http://blue.mmo-champion.com/topic/233359-beta-class-balance-analysis-pt-ii/#post261).

1079 agi x 5.08 (stat weight) = 5481.32
3595 haste for 15 seconds (1 min CD) (25% uptime) = 899 haste x 1.5 (stat weight) = 1348.5
Total = 6829.84

These were compared to the scores for 萦雾之恐 = 7085.63, and 群星之瓶 = 8345.69, the other two trinkets I came across.

*Note* I only ran the basic math and couldn't figure out how to factor in the 15% proc chance for the two other trinkets, so please feel free to correct me.
