I got this item off a creature on the Echo Isle while doing quests that had started in Krasarang Wild--the Dominance Point dailies. When I looked the item up, I didn't see the creature on the list, but am wondering if it was still considered K. Wilds even though it was off Echo Isle?

I first saw this drop tonight inside 'Stormstout Brewery' HC on the trash just before the last boss.
It dropped on the first wave of adds, It then dropped again on the last wave of adds (in the same run).
