Dropped by The Yowler, a rare spawn of Townlong Steppes.

This bag has a chance to drop from The Yowler, a Hozen champion in Townlong Steppes. His spawn timer seems to be consistently about 1 hour, the same as the other champion spawns in this zone. In addition to the normal champion compliment of blue items (necklaces in this case) he has a medium chance to also drop this bag of food. The bag contains, from my experience, 20 Pandaren Banquets(10-man version), 20 Great Pandaren Banquets(25-man version), and 5 Banana Infused Rum.

The Yowler uses the traditional Hozen champion abilites, Bananarang, Going Bananas, and Toss Filth. Definitely beware of Going Bananas, as this mob spawns inside of a cave under one of the large trees. You can kite him outside the cave if that makes it easier for you, or you can hit him with a stun when he starts using Going Bananas. If you stun him before he starts using the ability, he will immediately attempt to use it again after the stun wears off. If you stun him after he has already started jumping around, he will not use it again right away and will go back to using Toss Filth and Bananarang.

Definitely a good rare to spend some time farming if you're a more casual raiding guild working on progression raiding without having to spend the time/money to make 300 stat foods.

I know it's been said, but this guy drops a bag containing 40 feasts. I've farmed this drop three time and am now sitting on a 120 feast stockpile. Just some food for thought, this can be a very good way to get feasts for your raid.

Can anyone confirm he still drops this? I've been farming this for a few weeks now and it hasn't dropped for me since the first time I killed this guy back when I leveled my first toon through MoP.

Anybody noticed a reduce Drop Chance? Farming every day, before 5.4 I get 4 Of these ervery Week. After 5.4 release i´m farming on 3 different Servers every day and i only get 2 of these in 4 Weeks

Can anyone confirm the lower droprate?
