Was a nice surprise for a random find.

Just looted this a minute ago; it seems to be very worth it if you can find the rare. Possibly worth farming considering Golden Lotus goes for 200g+ on most realms.
Mine contained:
18 x Golden Lotus
33 x Snow Lily
33 x Rain Poppy
36 x Silkweed
38 x Fool's Cap

Rares in Pandaria can drop a goody bag with small amounts of crafting materials inside.
But every rare in Townlong Steppes has a small chance at dropping an ever greater goody bag, full of materials!
These rares are worth stopping for if you happen to come across one on your travels. The bags are quite a nice find!

Lon the Bull can drop Big Bag of Herbs
Contains many Pandaren herbs.

Yul Wildpaw can drop Big Bag of Wonders
Full of enchanting materials.

The Yowler can drop Big Bag of Food
Contains a few stacks of Pandaren banquets.

Siltriss the Sharpener can drop Big Bag of Skins
Has a few stacks of leather and the occasional Magnificent hide or two.

Norlaxx can drop Big Bag of Mysteries
Can drop a variety of items. Gems, cloth, epics, motes and more. Click here for a list.

Lith'ik the Stalker can drop Big Bag of Jewels
Full of different kinds of Pandaria gems.

Eshelon can drop Big Bag of Linens
Contains many bolts of cloth, eternium thread and bandages.

Kah'tir can drop Big Bag of Arms
The bag of arms is a neat one. It can drop 1-3 random level 85 or 87 epics. Some are BOE, some BOP.

I killed him a few moments ago (12/30/12 @ 225am), and got this herb bag. I received:

16 Golden Lotus
71 Silkweed
16 Rain Poppy
52 Green Leaf Tea

And a Razor Sharp Chitin Choker.

As far as I can tell, there are two of these items - with different IDs. Only one counts for the achievement 需要一个大背包.

One drops from 蛮牛隆恩 or 黑火勇士, has loads and loads of herbs, and does not count for the achivement (this one - ID=87219).

The other one drops from 灰叶林精 or 炽燃的狂战士, has just a few herbs and count for the achievement (the other bag, ID=106130 一大袋草药).
