So they decided to combine power torrent and heartsong into one enchant. Not sure about this one since as a shaman healer i loved the uptime on heartsong and using the proc with mana tide was very helpful to everyone. If the spirit aspect only procs when your mana gets low then i am worried that it won't be nearly as effective since that last bit of mana always goes a lot faster than the rest of the bar.
