When you die, a large yellow flower and smaller white flower(s) sprout from your corpse. They last for about 55 seconds.
The flower will stay on your corpse or skeleton (if you have released).

I am a little disappointed that it does not last for long - I would love to see a 25-man raid wipe and a field of skeleton flowers spring up!

Putting it in your bank will make it inactive.

Doesn't work in raid from my experience. I've died several times in raid and never got a flower. Did suicide outside of the raid and it bloomed perfectly.

This species of flower blooms in abundance around the open area surrounding the Black Market Auction House, in yellow patches of parched grass. I'm guessing many a bidder (or deadbeat bidder) are buried here.

What happens if you have two or more in your possession when you die? Do both appear on corpse, both get used up, or just one is used per corpse and other will remain in bag until killed again?

I think this is kind of cool, but with so many other toys in the game I only carried it around for a week or so. I wish they'd make it work even when you put it in your bank, if that is possible, like 天神祭品. It'd be even cooler if they came out with some more items that are a variation on this idea.

An item that makes you leave a gravestone behind rather than a skeleton (the way it works on Chinese servers) would be cool... but i think the best thing ever would be an item that made a little speech bubble saying "REPORTED" rise from your corpse.

This thing should be a toy, it basically already works like one but just takes up bag space. It works just like Soul Evacuation Crystal does, when you die something cosmetic happens. At this point there is no reason why it is not a toy aside from them either forgetting about it or being lazy since they have even turned some trinkets into toys.
