I would recomend any blacksmith to create these to skill up. Mithril is not that cheap on the AH (my experience) and this baby need 6x mithril bars. If you have 4 stacks/80 mageweave cloth and 5 stacks/120 mithril bars you have 20 skillups. I did have a enchanter friend that could turn therm to dust and essence, lucky if you get a shard. Depending on enchanting material prices you can DissEnchant. You will need an enchanter with atleast 125 in skill to DE
If we use wowhead's % in DE we get atleast 30 dusts, 4 essence and 1 shard. that will generate alot more money to spend/save rater then the vendors offer you, a puny 43s and 59c each.

If you find it cheap to skill up with, use it an other 10 skills to save some money as it turns green at 235.

Note that the helm and legs are recipe drops, not trained. And strangely, there is no belt to go with this set.
