For transmog purposes, This offhand has the same model as all Juggernaut's Power Cores as well as the Dragonfire Orb out of Dragon Soul Trash and the Season 11 PvP off-hand's, Cataclysmic Gladiator's Endgame and Cataclysmic Gladiator's Reprieve. IMO it's a fantastic looking off-hand with a dead claw hand grasping a power orb and a matching jewel hanging from the wrist bracelet by chain. The clawed hands that hold the Orbs have minor shading differences themselves. Hand colors range from a brown to reddish/rust, and even pale white.

Orb/Jewel color differences (the main thing you are looking at in the xmog for matching purposes) are as follows:

Purple Orb w/ White lines on it and a Red glow aura

Black Orb w/ Red lines on it and a Red glow aura
