For those who already have the non-tier 378 chest and hands, but want to upgrade one to T12 immediately, the chest is a far better upgrade over the non-tier 378 chest than these gloves are over their non-tier 378 version.

Here's the gemmed/reforged comparison:
Chest T12 has over the non-tier 378:
+28 mastery
+152 haste
-161 spirit (which is nearly useless for us at this gear level anyway)

Hands T12 has over the non-tier 378:
+1 mastery
+120 crit
-4 haste
-10 int (!)
-119 spirit

Cliffs?
Buy the chest first, especially if you already have the 378 non-tier gloves. I'd only buy the T12 gloves before the T12 chest if you already have the 378 non-tier chest and don't have any 378 gloves.
