These are needed for the quest Taking Precautions. They are found in the northern part of Stormwind around the lake, and they are gathered just like herbalism. (Herbalism profession is not actually needed) They are also fairly abundant, so you shouldn't have too many problems gathering the 5 needed for the quest.

Best place to find these for Alliance is by the lake right outside the Dwarven District wall where the AH is located at. They are at the base of the trees all around the lake.
