Contrary to what the "Dropped by" tab claims, this belt has not dropped from 加内格·焦颅 since the Cataclysm expansion.

This item drops again as of 10.1.7, but it feels like this slightly scarcer than many of the restored Cataclysm drops from rares. Took me maybe 80-100 kills to get one, during which time I got Gurneg's other restored drop, the 镶环头盔, about 4 times. But I might just have been unlucky -- that happens too.
