The normal version of this trinket is very weak for rogues. The Left Eye of Rajh, the Key to the Endless Chamber, and Tia's Grace, three heroic, ilvl 346 blues, are all better. You should always pass this up to other classes and farm heroics for the blues.

confirmed .. The trinket does not give you any useable upgrade as a muti rogue, not even compared to the before mentioned trinkets.

I love the effect it gives me. At first I wasn't sure what was going on. Was my first run in Bot so thought some kind of boss mechanic was happening on me... Then I realised I'm an idiot.
