The mats for this are 180 volatiles, 240 cloth and six, 7 day cooldowns. Plus 2 stacks of cloth, another 30 volatiles and another 7 day cooldown just to get the pattern. Expect it to be expensive if you are going to buy it.

For healing priests, neither this one or the other craftable pants are ideal due to the lack of spirit. Though with the general consensus that mastery is one of the best stats for holy right now, this one would definitely be the choice for a holy priest. To get some spirit back, reforge away some of that crit, throw in a Spirit/Mastery green gem, and apply Sanctified Spellthread (if you are a tailor) or Ghostly Spellthread (if you are not a tailor). That itemization will make this a great pair of pants for your holy priest until you can replace them with tier or raid gear.

I have not seen current theorycrafting for Discipline priests, but at least I think I can see a great benefit for us from our Mastery, which increases the amount that our shields absorb. More Mastery means stronger shields, which probably means a little less healing. I'm thinking if the tank's shield holds a bit longer you can spend more time on the other group members if they need it. If this is true and Mastery is great for Disc, then I am choosing these for my Disc spec, and would reforge some Crit to Spirit or Haste and probably use a Zen Dream Emerald in the socket.

Slight problem with this pants is that Argaloth drops pants. So, pretty much everyone that is in the level to run a heroic, is going to have a chance to drop pants of tier level. Hence, I suppose it's more ideal to make this for yourself only if you've made a belt and you don't have pants of 359 level yet (or of course if the belt you have is better or equal).
