Positively CHEAP at 70 of the new Honor Points in 4.0.1, and a great alternative to get pre-ICC raiding, or if you are in need of the spirit. Although while on the vendor it still shows it requires an arena rating, this is a display bug: you can still purchase it, and after purchase the arena requirement disappears from the item allowing you to equip it.

This shield also looks great and color matches well with the Paladin Lightsworn ilvl 251 T10 set.
