This is the best bracer available for Bear Tanks at the moment. If you have a Bear as a main spec tank in your raid, letting him get this first will ease the life of your healers :)

Does anyone else feel that the socket "progression" on this bracers are off, in comparison to the other TotC drops, which have X sockets, and their heroic counterparts have X+1?

Oh great, more hit rating. By the time you get these almost all of that hit rating will be going towards white damage. Total waste.
