killing spree is still not that useful in pve.
1 v 1 targets where it's ok to be behind target: ok
1 v 1 targets like dragons, thadius, kt and others, you don't want to moving to the butt: no. no....no...
1 v 1 targets with adds around: Not fun since often you get moved far away from boss, lost Dps.
1 v multi with blade flurry: yeahhh!

Sure this might not be the best raiding glyph bit for 5man heroics this will be amazing imo. I use it alot with tricks of the trade to give the tank aggro on thos times someone in the party pulls a group.

Current theory crafting over at EJ forums suggests that after the recent 20% damage buff to KS, this will be one of the top 3 Glyphs for combat rogues.

Remember that while you are in KS, you are still auto swinging, so you have a solid 20% DPS boost while it is active for 5 seconds, on top of the additional 5 attacks with both weapons

Top 3 Combat Glyphs
* Sinister Strike
* Killing Spree
* Rupture/Tricks of the Trade (TotT is very dependant on your group and making sure you get the most out of it)

Killing Spree Glyph not for PVE? You are god dam crazy. When I pop killing spree its I usually do 9-12k damage instantly. Great to use when your low on energy, popping this baby gives you time to regen energy while doing insane damage. You don't pop killing spree out of the random, use it to give time to regen energy. I've tried both SnD and Killing Spree Glyph and I can honestly say killing spree is way better. Ofc you have to time killing spree sometimes since its pretty pointless for example when a boss is surrounded by mobs when you use this.

Regarding Adrenaline Rush vs Killing Spree glyphs - (also posted in Adren Rush glyph comments):

Currently, raiding combat rogues will find Glyph of Adrenaline Rush inferior to Glyph of Killing Spree in perfect conditions. Consult a spreadsheet for specifics.
Mathematics will generally show Killing Spree to provide more of a DPS increase.

HOWEVER:
This assumes that you can use Killing Spree on cooldown while maintaining your rotations and the like.
Also, there are certain fights where Killing Spree is either unusable or will cause problems for the raid if it is used.

Glyph of Adrenaline Rush, however, will provide benefit on all fights and can be used to bloat your DPS on fights that provide small windowed damage increases if timed correctly.
Overall I found the Adrenaline Rush glyph to serve me better and provide me with better, more consistent DPS but this is mathematically unsupported. The advantages of Adrenaline Rush glyphing are mainly in that you maintain greater control in most fights, but at a potential loss in DPS.

If you have the resources available, keep stacks of both in your bags and reglyph as needed.

can some explane if this is only a tooltip mistake or im counting something wrong .
So KS has 2min CD(120 sec) and the glyph takes 45sec out.So ull have 1,15min of CD(75sec). But ingame the
CD is 1,25min(85sec).
So are there 10sec hidden and not displayed or its a tooltip mistake and the real Cd is 1,15min ?

I think the most important theorycrafting on this glyph has been missed by people in the comments.

This will increase your aerial ganking uptime by approximately (75 / 120) or 62.5%.

In layman's terms, this ability will actually be off of its damn cooldown when you see someone flying above you want to kill.

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed.

OLD: Glyph of Killing Spree
Increases the bonus to your damage while Killing Spree is active by an additional 10%.

NEW: Glyph of Killing Spree
Your Killing Spree returns you to your starting location when the effect ends.

The Mists of Pandaria version of this glyph has its uses in PvP, and also is very convenient in PvE, since during some fights using Killing Spree without it means suicide.
