I got this the 2nd day Ulduar came out, I think it is an Upgrade from Aged Winter Cloak, the only downside is would you rather have the Crit Vs the Strenght.

I think I made the right choice because there are only a few Strength cloaks out there, which makes this very good for Strength Base melee classes...give me your thoughts please

EDIT: also at the time it seems like im the only one to have this bad boy!

This cloak is a very nice upgrade for Retribution Paladins. I previously wore http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40250 (aged winter cloak with haste enchant). This cloak increase my dps about 15 from 651 to 666 (10 man raid buffed). Works very well with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45282 (Ironsoul).

Haste is actually a good stat for Retribution Paladins now. More haste --> more melee attacks --> more Seal of the Martyr damage, and Seal of the Martyr is now our highest damaging ability. Coupled with the fact this cloak has Strength instead of Agility and AP, this makes me want to get it!

And on top of that, it's the first cloak for melee DPS in Wrath of the Lich King that looks good!

This dropped for me yesterday in Ulduar, it looks pretty cool too. It's red and black and looks longer than your average cloak or cape.
Took this over http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40721, which was an improvement, even though the crit loss is big, it's worth it as a fury warrior. Nice haste and even nicer strength makes this a desirable cloak.

Hard to imagine... but for a Ret Pali that is already hit cap'd, Rawr shows this to still be a great cloak (May 2010).
Worth 255 DPS and everything above it is much harder to obtain. The next easy one is the Frost Cloak (Ocean Serpent) with an iLevel of 264 but having only 233 DPS and costing you 50 Frost.

So the next time you do Ignis as the weekly, snap this up if it happens to drop.
