This just dropped yesterday to us. Scøtt from Deathwing EU got it. Great looking shoulders with hit rating and also armor penteration for BM hunters.

The Iron Studded Mantle dropped for us from The Iron Council in 25-man mode.

MaxDPS.com lists these as BiS shoulders for Enhancement shamans.

They just dropped for my main so we're gunna find out how good they are soon!

Can anyone confirm that these still drop? I've been trying to get them since Cata but, to no avail. I begin to wonder if they've been removed or something.

I'm honestly getting irritated trying to get these to drop they just wont I ran this instance 11 times... haven't tried the trash clearing for the other identical model shoulders..will update once I finish whether or not they drop for me.

edit I cleared out all trash and still no drop....... UGHHHHHH
