Possibilities for Prot PvP are quite high, absorbing damage from a healer or more squishy fellow PvP'er, or as an off-tank, especially if you Safeguard. But for most tanking situations, an intervene is followed by a taunt or the mob attacking you very soon afterwords, so an extra attack intervened could be wasted quite often.

This glyph can have very good effect in PvE so you have a team playing well together. The ability for a Prot Warrior with this and Safeguard to quickly soak damage off another tank should not be underestimated.

To clarify is does not make you intervene 2 targets, it just puts a stack of the regular intervene buff
on the target so you get to take 2 hits instead of one.

OLD: Glyph of Intervene
Increases the number of attacks you intercept for your Intervene target by 1.

NEW: Glyph of Blitz
Your Charge stuns an additional 2 nearby targets.

This glyph does not seem to work together with Warbringer.

Either the glyph effect is bugged and not working as intended with the Warbringer talent, or the tool tip text is wrong.
