It's a must have for any hit-and-run class. And not like Maxi said it's mostly useless: listen closeley IMMOBILIZING IS MAKING UNABLE TO MOVE!!! Otherwordly it won't dispell anything that slows you (checked it with warrior's Hamsting). This is still a really cool belt against... Mages. Yes Frosties get +50% crit chance agains frozen targets and this belt can save you from being criticaly hit, beside it's good against Survivalist Hunters with their Entrapment and Improved WC and Boar's Charge - i mean it just keep it in your backpack and learn how to use it. It's a really cool PvP item.

Does the "use" effect trigger the GCD, or does it work like a trinket? Trying to figure out if it'd be worth adding to a macro like this...

for those who wonders, it does not removes snares (slow downs) , only "standing still" effects like frost nova, roots etc - not coex, harmstring and so on.

10k honor can be done very quickly now-a-days, not to mention that this had a 30 minute cd

This belt uses the "Green" variant of the "B2 Robe" artwork. The matching robe from that same artwork and colour is 驭兽长袍.

Works well with 冰冷幻影长袍. The transmog sets in those skins are all incomplete, so finding matching items is difficult.
