This is the uncommon pigment made when you mill for silvery pigment. During beta build 8885, I got one uncommon pigment around 40-50% of the time while milling silvery pigment.

Every time I got an sapphire pigment, I only got one. From my experience, the chance of getting more than one is very rare.

In 9061(probably prior to that too) build it's wording has changed from Commonly to Rarely

Mill rate is far lower than that Nathanyel experienced. After milling 8 stacks of herbs (32 mills), I only had 2 pigments.

I just got 3 Sapphire Pigment from a single mill of Plaguebloom. Also I too haven't experienced anywhere near the drop rate of this stuff as the site would lead you to believe.

wow info on milling is wrong here.
Approx. give 2 Pigments per stack for Sorrowmoss, Mountain Silversage and Icecap
Approx. give 1 pigment per stack for Dreamfoil and Golden Sansam

I got a pretty good rate of return when milling Icecap, close to 1 sapphire pigment every mill. Next best was Mountain Silversage, I got one every other or every 2 mills, then Sorrowmoss I got one every 3 mills.
