Every time I've stopped in at the inn between quests, the Quartermaster at Crusaders' Pinnacle has this. I've built up a nice stock of decent food as a result, without even being a cook.

Keep in mind that the well-fed buff you get from this food will only last 30 minutes instead of an hour like many of the other buff foods in the expansion. Just a little forewarning!

Its a great disposable buff for a priest if your pug tank is a ubernoob and you suppose you will be wiping alot

Good food for leveling hunters, rogues, warriors, basically any characters who cannot heal. I bought about 4 stacks for my hunter, should last him till' 80 :)

I like to send this item with a short "get well soon!" note to friends or guildmates who are sick. It's a nice touch to let them know you were thinking of them, and that you care.

As far as I can tell, this is the only food in northrend that you can purchase from a vendor that will give you a buff.
