I am SO getting 2 of these in Wrath for my enhancement Shaman to dualwield with Earthliving when I am needed to heal.

I've been waiting for a dualwield-able spellpower weapon for forever...

Stats on this are supposed to change as of 3.0.8.

The following crafted weapons have had their stats adjusted to properly reflect their intended power:
