These requires a minimum herbalism skill of 50 to aquire. As Alliance it's fairly easy to get. All i done was Head out of Stormwind and do 2 circuits of Ellwyn Forest then Headed back to the Flower Picking trainer and increased my flower picking skill and headed off to Hillsbrad and farmed circuits around Durnholde Keep and Voila hundreds within an hour. I didn't count how many but more than enough to level you skills in Alchemy and Inscription in quick time.

Also milling these gives you a chance to get 翠绿颜料
