Compared to BC, this mace has 768 bonus healing, which is really nice. Add to that a minimum of a +81 healing enchant (or it's successor), and your close to 1000 bonus healing just from the weapon. Will be interesting to find out what an epic geared paladin or shaman has in the amount of bonus healing after WotLK goes live.

Same skin as Widow's Embrace which was a nice healer mace pre-BC from Naxx, pretty cool graphic. This item drops in the new version of Naxx. The old version dropped from Grand Widow Faerlina, 2nd boss in the spider wing. Grobbulus in 10 man Naxx drops this version.

Probably a naxx-10 drop given the item level. Naxx 25 drops tend to be level 213.

For a healer, this is a sidegrade to the Titansteel Guardian. You gain MP5 and a decent amount of Haste plus 600ish Mana, which adds up to quite a bit. Great mace for sustainability.

For the purpose of Transmogrification, this weapon DOES show Power Torrent and other enchant effects.
