This drops from Grobbulus in 10-man Naxx. Pretty obvious, but just wanted to state which version of Naxx it dropped in.

This is one of the best hunter rings, and it is not hard at all to get. Most servers are even pugging Naxx AND clearing! Though... your best bet with a 10% drop is to have a good guild and run Naxx weekly.

Great one to combine with Ring of Invincibility which can be bought for an easy 25 Emblems of Valor. If you cant get 25man raids... then there is a nice JC ring (Titanium Impact Band) which you can get made... if you farm the mats it wont cost more than about 800g (which is what... 4 days of meduim/heavy farming) becuase you need the 4xDragon's Eye which can only be bought by jewelcrafters.

There are other great hunter/rogue rings out there too which are not at all hard to get your hands on... like... Hemorrhaging Circle which drops from heroic Gun'drak... this is "arguably' not the best of hunter rings as it has expertise which does nothing for a hunter, so might be polite to pass to a melee DPS who would benifit more... but if you are like I was and ran with a mage and 2 pally's then you might be able to get this one without any debate. NO ONE CAN ARGUE that the +agi and +AP are not AWESOME for a hunter.

By 'sealing ring' it's quite likely to be part of his tubing system - one of the 'sealing rings' that seals the tubes to his flesh.
