I love how that shirt is on the Troll and the reason for the shirt's name is because it is supposed to be a bit revealing. However the "skin" in the shirt is no where near the color of the troll's skin!! haha

This item is being placed on vendors in Dalaran in WotLK, enabling it to be brought buy the horde easily.

This shirt, among with all other shirts in the game has been nerfed to item level 1 in a recent hotfix. Presumably because people were using shirts to gain an item level advantage to be able to enter heroics.
