Not a bad chest, but this is by no means best in slot for Hunters. The Bladed Chaos Tunic also attainable from M'uru outperforms it due to the high amount of +crit in exchange for a few points of agility and the intellect. Whether you're BM or Surv, a high crit rating is highly beneficial, as it either creates more Focus for your pet, or a more guaranteed up-time on Expose Weakness.

Compare this chest to T6, and you're trading +crit for ArP, and gaining a negligible amount of Agility and AP. In the end, it comes down to what piece of Pre-Sunwell T6 you plan on retaining to keep your 4-piece Steady Shot bonus, and the consensus is split between Shoulders or Chest due to the multitude of attractive options for the Head, Hand and Leg slots.
