Use this to awake Dormant Vrykul in the catacomb-ish area (The Waking Halls) of Gjalerbron.

These drop off the casters all over Gjal. No need to fight the Dormants, they just die.

Don't move or have a DoT on you when you use the rod...you'll get interrupted and lose it.

Are these used in a specific quest? Or just to kill mobs that dont attack you as is anyway?
