comparing this to http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32375 id say the bulwark of azzinoth is alot better, but if you're an arena freak this item can be incredibly useful to paladins.

This is the elem sham/prot pally version of the shield

Kind of a pointless item when you consider the spell damage/healing differences between this and the healer version of the shield.

Even if I were Elemental or a Holy Shockadin I'd go with the healer shield just for the bigger bonus to healing and only marginal difference in damage.
