Adds 60 ranged attack power for a MM hunter with combat experience, careful aim and master marksmen.

Great from a pure dps standpoint.

These are the first pair of hunter shoulders available in Outland. The quest is easy and they look quite nice.

The listings for same model are not accurate. These shoulders are not symmetrical.

Sort of looks as if you're wearing a stinger sideway across your shoulders.

A great transmog set for these shoulders.

You can use the various quest reward items from Northrend zones and get the Chest, Gloves, Belt, Pants & boots. You can also get BOE versions from the Auction House for the Frostscale Binding (Recolor) set. There are a lot of sources.

I would recommend these boots in particular, Star's Rest Treads, from the quest ! Strengthen the Ancients in Dragonblight.
Also, Darksteel Ringmail Greaves, from the quest ! Alpha Worg in Howling Fjord... and Tank Commander's Treads, from the quest ! The Plains of Nasam (Horde only), in Borean Tundra. These boots have the same skin wrapped around a thicker boot at the calf. Other boots for this set are slim and don't look as good in my opinion.

For the helm, I went with the Blackforge Cowl that drops off of random trash mobs in Stratholme dungeons. There are other helms you can use, but I like the chain mail.
Two alternate BOE sources for this helm exist, that you can find in the Auction House.

For the back, I used the Heirloom Ancient Bloodmoon Cloak. Other cloaks with this model are the BOE Ironhide Cloak that you can source in the Auction House. Or, the quest reward Dawnstrike's Cloak from the quest ! Down With Daellis in Netherstorm - Outland.

Use your favorite weapon, but for this example I went with the Talbuk Hunting Bow.
