these spaulders are indeed dropped by Bog Lurker, his respawn time is 30-45 minutes, so it's kindof worth it hanging around his spawn spot.

These shoulders drops off of the rare mob Bog Lurker in Zangarmarsh has some very nice shoulders for classes that are leveling. All of them are also Binds when equipped which allows them to be traded to others who need it, or make it easier for some to buy a pair of pauldrons when they need one.

The main difference of Bog Lurker then the other bog creatures is that this one has a pink skin color (not tamable hunters =P). He has the ability to heal and stun so he may be a tough fight while leveling in Zangarmarsh. I do not recommend hunting for this rare mob spawn because he has multiple spawn locations and no set timer.
