These are excellent warrior dps pants. The unfortunate thing is that these are the pretty much the first upgrade (possibly excluding PvP ones) since the level 63 ones that drop in Underbog.

With the right gems and enchant, these legguards are highly compareable with Arena Season Two legplates.

I got these on my second Heroic Mechanar run. It was a disappointment on closer examination though - I was looking suitable fury pants. However, the Doomplate pants are better than these (when you factor set bonus in) without having to buy gems.

For arms DPS where +hit isn't as important these would be slightly better than doomplate, though. Just slap in some attack power gems for example, and an Inscribed gem on the blue slot.

If you have a chance, go for Midnight Legguards as well, because they are overall better for raid dps. +17 hit rating and 4 crit rating for -8 AP and -6 stam.

These are really nice warrior dps legs. I socketed it with a Bold Living Ruby, an Inscribed Noble Topaz and a Sovereign Nightseye then enchanted it with a Cobrahide Leg Armor and it turned out great for both pve and pvp. The final stats were:

Vanquisher's Legplates
Binds when picked up
Legs Plate
1216 Armor
+52 Strength
+42 Stamina
Durability 120 / 120
Requires Level 70
Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 37.
Equip: Improves hit rating by 4.
Equip: Increases attack power by 40.

AP gems affect ranged AP as well, maybe its to make that gun/bow hit harder when pulling

A fury warrior might also want to look at Midnight Legguards ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30538 ).

These drop off Quagmirran (last boss of Slave Pens) in Heroic Mode.

Def worth the look
