I was in the area the whole time my spirit hunter was availabale and Veneratus never showed up. Anyone have a good location for this guy?

For anyone trying to do this quest, I thought this info might help. When you accept the quest, a ghost hunter companion spawns beside you. Do not fly off. Run left out of the town and head up the slope behind the camp where you got the quest. The path goes up and then curves to the left, as it curves, Veransus spawns on top of you. It's triggered by running through the specific location. I didn't think to look at the exact coords but it's marked on the map by WoWs quest helper.

ETA also if you fly off the first time, just abandon the quest, wait for the debuff to drop off of you, and accept it again.

He didn't spawn at first, but I just ran around in circles and when i ran infront of the rock in the middle of all the enemys, he spawned, so maybe try there >.<

he didnt spawn for me right away i just kept walking along the path and he eventually did. and it scared the piss out of me i wasnt expecting his dramatic entrance lol
