The range on these is so low as to make them nearly useless. I couldn't measure it exactly but it's less than 15 yards, may be as short as melee range. The cast time is not short, either. Overall not a very useful item.

Shares a cooldown with all of the other Drums created by leatherworking. Upon right-clicking, you get a 1sec cast time at the end of which all drums gain a 2min cooldown.

These, like all the other drums except Drums of Panic, are getting buffed with an increased radius of effect and an instant cast time in patch 2.3.

I think it is stupid that the unused drums that were crafted pre-2.3 are still at 30 charges...this makes it so you cannot auction them anymore because they have "used charges" which they don't...they simply have their original 30 which is now 30/50...

Only "Drums" that can be trained from a trainer; the others require a drop or a particular reputation. A much more interesting alternative than leveling your leatherworking with Scaled Draenic Boots, should you be a leather wearer and not a mail wearer.
