first find a ''Warp Abberation'' creature after click on it ant go closer, when you are close innaf right click to ''elemental power extractor'' from your inventory after kill the creature. When it will dead a gem will appear... collect the gem... do this 5 time...

I was successful 3-4 times and did not know it because there were a lot of fragments. You are looking for the blue gem, which is not very large. Sunder Rumblers were easier for me. Get their health down to maybe 30% and stop attacking, usually by pressing Esc one time.So, when their health is low enough you can use the "Elemental Power Extractor" and you will know this is working if you see a progression bar like when you are mining ore or picking herbs. When it is complete, finish them off and the gem should pop with the rest of the fragments.
