One of Blizzard's newest attempts to annoy the hell out of healing Priests is the fact that there are a grand total of four cloth healing bracers including these.

1. Bands of Indwelling - Maiden of Virtue
2. Bands of the Benevolent - Heroic Sethekk Halls
3. Bands of the Timewalker - Keepers of Time Exalted
4. Light Scribe Bands - Heroic Hellfire Ramparts
(5. Goldenvine Wraps {not a 70 item}).

Take your pick.

Of the 4 you list, these are still the best option pre-25 man raids. I have been pretty underwhelmed overall on cloth healer bracers from the very beggining though. These are a pretty small step up from even tier 2 bracers. It would have been nice to see something interesting on these like heavy spirit or a socket to make them stand out a bit.

As far as an enchant goes, +6mp5s seems like a good choice over +30 healing, since the 18 spirit on these does not really have the full regen a level 70 epic should.

Very similar to the bracers from Talon King Ikiss in heroic Sethekk Halls, Bands of the Benevolent and a solid item lasting you through Karazhan. The next close upgrade would probably be the ones bought with Badge of Justice, Wristguards of Tranquil Thought. The option from being exalted with The keepers of time, Bindings of the timewalker lack mana regen and since regen from spirit with the Meditation talent for priests was improved in 2.3 these and the ones from Sethekk Halls has become really outstanding. They even give the ones from Hydross, Wraps of Purification in SSC a tough match considering that the spirit somewhat makes up for the lesser healing and using the mana regen periods wisely these would get you more mana back than the 7 mp5.
