Got this Dagger a few days ago. Very nice in my opinion, perfect speed, perfect stats, high top end damage and best of all, it looks sweet. The sphere on the hilt pulses and glows and the shank end has small glowy bug sorta things.

Also, you could dual wield this :)

he's right.. its the same... this only looks coooler, but thats not a rason to need on it if you have ced's carver

Due to the nature of the boss (Qiraji Prophet, servant of the Old Gods), and the look of the dagger...

... I strongly suspect that his is either one of his claws, or one of his teeth, and that pulsating bit at the back is a bundle of nervous tissue that may well become sentient and whisper to you the words of the Old Gods as you slowly slip into insanity.

Still the best dagger model in game, mind. MY DAGGER HAS A BRAIN.

Once 4.3 hit's all I have to say to this dagger is... WECOME BACK!

That 19% drop rate doesn't seem accurate... I've been soloing Arcatraz trying to get the Helm of Assassination. I've finished it 8 or so times now, getting about 6 of these and no helm. Maybe just horrible luck.

just enchanted this for the hell of it to see if the appearance will be totally covered come 4.3, most enchants just cover the thing up entirely. don't even bother getting this for transmog imo

This dagger looks huge on my dwarven rogue. And the blade itself looks very good, but that pulsating thing on the back of the hilt is just too yucky for me to keep it. I think it probably looks cooler on a horde character (see undead) than alliance.

Great transmog dagger! Unfortunately, enchants do show up on it though. I farmed one hoping that the innate hilt glow and effects on the tip would prevent enchant glows... not so :\
