I am interested to know if this elixir has problems stacking with any other buff. Could an alchemist test it out and post here?

After patch 2.10 this will stack with AB. That makes this consumable (sadly) the best defensive ("Guardian") elixir for casters at the moment.

Besides that, one offensive ("Battle") elixir is allowed. This will either be Flask of Supreme Power (depending on how hard the bosses are you will face and how wealthy you/your guild is) or your specific school elixir (Major Frost/Shadow/Fire) or Adept's Elixir for unspecialised or crit/nature/arcane/holy based offensive casters.

WTB better defensive elixirs for casters.

Fortunately the patch preview included:
"Four new defensive elixirs have been added. Two are on trainers, one is in Halaa and one is in Cenarion Expedition."

Elixir of Major Agility (B) + Elixir of Major Defense (G) = 3136 tank points
Elixir of Mastery (B) + Elixir of Major Defense (G) = 2976 tank points

The best possible combo for consummables for a tanking Feral Druid is with this as Battle and the Blasted Lands +25 stamina buff as Guardian.

This will grant you a total 40 stamina which translates into 680hp for an elf bear, and 714hp for a tauren bear.

This elixir also grants you 15 agility which is equal to 1% dodge. The increased crit from the agility and the AP from the strength make this a very good elixir to use.

Options for Battle Elixir:
Elixir of Major Agility: 35 agility (2.4% dodge)
Elixir of Mastery: 15 stamina, 15 agility (270hp, 1% dodge)
Elixir of Brute Force : 18 stamina (320hp)

Options for Guardian Elixir:
Blasted Lands Buff: 25 stamina (445hp)
Health Elixir: 250hp

Another good option for strictly stamina is some Talbuk Steak and a Scroll of Stamina V. They stack for a + 40 buff to your stamina. And your not spending all that gold on elixirs.

WotLK's upgraded version of this is Guru's Elixir, offering 20 stats normally and 28 with Mixology.

Despite the name, this elixir does not increase your Mastery Rating, a new stat introduced with patch 4.0.1, as is obvious by the tooltip, though it probably shouldn't come as a surprise that people in the future might actually search for a concoction of the same name.
