You can find the stats you need here on these items...

For example, as other priests may have noticed, it is hard for Horde to get good healing boots. My priest is at +1800, so almost all purple crafted/Kara, but he's wearing these green boots, and they are fine. The item level doesn't lie, these are great items, and often a great way to stack some stamina until you can get ahold of a purple that fits your needs better.

Got these and Expedition Boots at the same time. They are exactly the same model. I uploaded Screenshots on my dwarf female on that page but I did not take pictures of the Elementalist Boots.
