I picked this up on my priest last night and from the small selection of socket crystals in the Inn this robe easily beats the Robe of Prophecy I was wearing.

I added:
+9 Healing
+4 Intellect
+6 Stamina

Incredibly Powerful in 3.x with the new WotLK gems.

If your rich you can put 3x 19spelldam gems into it, sure make those next lvl's blazing past.

Got this robe the other day for my Warlock and it was absolutely perfect :)

I didn't go for the socket bonus, stuck +14SP*3 because I'm a Spell Power Junky; when you calculate this, you will have an incredible 67 spell power which is unreachable with any other non-socket robe of this level, to my knowledge. Since I'm mostly doing instances (and am Destro) this certainly helps me to do the DPS whilst nuking everything.

Once I gemmed these, I didn't upgrade them until lvl 74, when I got the robes out of Drak'Tharon Keep.

Got the full 'set' on my Belf Priest, have uploaded pics.

Wasn't too hard to get the robe, I think I only did 2 runs before it came up.

My warrior set has maybe the bracers more. I couldn't find any gemmable bracers for the priest though!

ETA: You can wear the set well into Wrath or maybe more. You can use Wrath gems in the sockets (but I recall Cat being too high). Make sure to use Wowhead Item Comparison Tool and add the gems to the item before you compare. I don't recall many if any Wrath items being upgrades to mine and there's really nothing with sockets until high, iLvl 200 or so.

Another good belt to match the set is 贵族束带 or 守备官的月布腰带 if you don't want to spend weeks trying to get 顽疾束带 from H ICC 25. Personally, I prefer 贵族束带 because it matches the grey and blue in the transmog. Hope this helps !
