the 10 charges only remove the use-function. it doesn't destroy the necklace completely

This dropped for me from a random Durnholde mob in Old Hillsbrad. I am going to attempt to sell it for 6k and report back on if that is successful. There always seems to be some pretty rich recipe collectors on my server.
