Does anyone know how much this typically sells for? It dropped for me on Black Dragonflight and I haven't had any luck selling it. I tried auctioning for 950/1150, tried selling in Trade chat for 800, and then asked for offers and the only offer I got was 100.

The cost of the materials compared to the demand of the item, this is more worth selling the plan on the AH, than actually learning it. Unless you are a perfectionist, you'll make good gold of the selling the plan, rather than having it sit on your list and never making it.

The following Blacksmithing weapons are said to have recipes in Coilskar Chest . The drop rate for these items are frustratingly small. So small it might not be worth the time for farm here. Instead, allow me to suggest BC Raids and Heroic Dungeons. It also seems to have an increased drop rate from rare elites in the BC areas. But, it is important to note that ALL BC mobs can potentially drop these plans.

Is there some new way to get these rare plans or has the drop rate increased or something? There is the person my server who seems to have 30+ of every single rare BC pattern and keeps posting them for 8800g. No matter how many i buy they keep popping up. something seems shady to me.

back when i was on stormrage a guild top one was critical mass death jesters was 2nd, they would speed clear BT and other raids and so those guilds were uber rich in gold and so prolly leftover GMs or ppl who took over gbanks when guilds broke up and then they just had so much capital they bought evetyhing no matter the cost
