Yo dude i was farming primals in Halaa and i killed one of the fire ones and it dropped. I almost had a heartattack because i'm broke and it dropped i was so happy because now i'm going to be rich ! :D

The effect stacked back when I dual-wielded them at level 70,granting a total (with potency) of 380 strength for a level 70 from just these weapons, very nice amount of stats if you ask me.

Hopefully some useful information:
1. This is what is known as a "World drop" in Outland. This can drop of many of the creatures in Outland, pay no heed to the "Dropped by" tab, statistically speaking you are unlikely to ever see it drop so keep checking the AH.
2. The procs stack when you are using two of these on a fury warrior.
3. I believe this to be a better item when compared to the BoA 2-handed Axe 染血的奥金斧 at level 70 (Stats:47 Str/70 Stam/47 crit) Given that hit rating is so useful, I'd surely use these over the Reaper unless I managed to hit my cap somehow.
4. A unique coloring of a common two-hander makes this item wanted by those who enjoy a more plain sword, but still want it to match their gear.
5. PPM = ~1. So the uptime on your 120 str buff would be close to 50% (Double that str on a fury warrior, they are likely to proc together consistently but I haven't bothered testing enough to confirm an internal CD)

All-in-all, this is still a decent weapon for the level and as it's a rare pattern, and a complex material list, this isn't likely to be seen every time you turn around.

The following Blacksmithing weapons are said to have recipes in Coilskar Chest . The drop rate for these items are frustratingly small. So small it might not be worth the time for farm here. Instead, allow me to suggest BC Raids and Heroic Dungeons. It also seems to have an increased drop rate from rare elites in the BC areas. But, it is important to note that ALL BC mobs can potentially drop these plans.

Dirge is taught by Dirge Plans

Eternium Runed Blade is taught by Eternium Runed Blade Plans

Fel Edged Battleaxe is taught by Fel Edged Battleaxe Plans

Fel Hardened Maul is taught by Fel Hardened Maul Plans
