thats the BEST pants for rogues and feral cat druids (exept rogues maybe tier 3 pants ) your change to take them is pretty little even for drop-its WTF 6% . ive farmed 1 month(4 times until they drops ) and i took them so i was very very lucky . also this ones gives 2 % crit also 31 agi wich gives huge % of dodge crit and atk power so OMG thats perfect
