This staff has the same graphic and model as the one archbishop Benidictus (sp?) in stormwind's cathedral of light is holding. It's not as good as some of the staves in outland, but it's actually got more in the way of a healing spell bonus than the crystalfire staff from regular Ramparts. I'm not entirely sure if the lack of int is a concern for your average priest or druid, but this staff MAY be a thought if you're planning on being holy or resto out in outland as low 60's these days.
