Caught this item two times within about 30 minutes fishing off the coast of STV. Both East and West side. Fishing Skill was 157 and attached nightcrawlers adding 50 to fishing skill. Without the additional skill fish kept getting away. No need to buy nightcrawlers while fishing you can kill a Zanzil Hunter and they drop frequently.

You can now buy this for 2s a piece in the Old Hillsbrad instance in the Caverns of Time, from the bartender in the Southshore inn.

Unfortunately you will not be able to stack the buff with food buffs after patch 2.1. From patch notes:

Only booze in the game that has no cooldown aside possibly from the other weaker rums (haven't bothered to check) and some of the stuff u get during brewfest. Great for getting smashed in 0.24 seconds. I always get stacks of the stuff whenver I'm at CoT.

In my experience the +stam buff on this drink does not stack with food buffs *at all*, not just +stam food buffs. As a Warlock, when I eat Blackened Basilisk (+23 spell damage, +20 spirit), then drink this, it removes my Well Fed buff. Vice versa, if I drink this, then eat Blackened Basilisk, it removes my Rum (+stam) buff.

Has anybody else experienced this?

If your realm is full of twinks (like mine) you could probably make a killer selling stacks of these. Lazy twinks would buy these as fast as they can off the AH, and a stack of 20 can sell for as much as 10g.

You may not think that buying this from the vendor then reselling it to twinks is not good for money, well just take a look at this

Each Rumsey Rum Black Label is 2s from the vendor

Say you buy 250 Rumsey Rum Black Label from the vendor that is 5 gold right there

After buying the 250 Rumsey Rum Black Label you can resell to the AH for 5g for a stack of 10 of these

Meaning 250 Rumsey Rum Black Label selling for 5g for 10 is approximatly 125g since you have to buy from the vendor and the AH takes a Small cut

You Spent about 5g buying all of them and a gold for posting all of the Rumsey Rum Black Label

and Made about 119g Profits total, Its completely Worth it imo, everytime I go to Caverns of Time, I fill my bags at the end of the night and then sell them on the AH, Made me about 1000g in about 1 Week just from doing Hyjal 3-4 times a week since we are progressing

A must-have drink for every twink out there. The best possible buff-drink for 10-19 bracket atm in WoW.
How to get?
Put your 70+ main to go to Old Hillsbrand instance (no need to be in party).
Get inside, don't take dragon to fly, and head to Southshore Inn using your mount.
The Innkeeper has endless rum to sell.
Make sure you have emptied all your bags before you start moving there.
Buy those rum 2 silver each (20 silver per stack of 10).
Last time i was there today, i bought around 750 rums for 15g! Now the 2nd twink-guild bank tab is full.
Advice: No need to overuse it - like after death. Learn to use when the wsg raid is promising and going for a win.
Regarding cloth twinks:

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=20744 should always be up and ready.
If you don't have a twink and you are going for gold, then again it is some nice opportunity to resell @ AH for a lot of gold. Try 3-4 stacks per time in AH, not all you have together.

HERE IS HOW YOU GET RUMSEY RUM BLACK LABEL:

ok so first you need to go to Caverns of time in Tanaris, and talk to that dragon. He'll give you a free ride down to where everyone is.

Go to the western instance thing (DON'T LISTEN TO THE CRAP ABOUT FORESTS AND SWAMPS). basically, once your in there you can run down to the southshore in the instance and buy your rumsey rum.

Don't worry about mobs, the highest is like lvl 23 or so.

The rumsey rum is 2s per (20 silver per stack of 10)

To Get RumseyRumBlackLabel u have to go to tanaris then go to caverns of time.
Then you will find some kids inside some purple circles. When you find a circle where you can take a quest from one of the kids.Take the quest and follow the lady around caverns of time.When you are done go to the entrance to the left.
When you have entered the other side go to the village. If u have been in Hilsbrandfoothills you will notice it looks exacly the same. Go to the village and enter the inkeepers house. The inkeeper there sells you RumseyRumBlackLabel for 2s.

If you are some what rich, go into the Caverns of Time and go into Old Hillsbrad, and go to Southshore, talk to the barkeep and he will sell you this drink. You can buy lots and lots of these and sell them on your Auction House from 2g-4g. You will make some quick profit. These are good for twinks so if you have any, make sure you save at least 4 stacks for yourself.

2. Can also be bought from Barkeeper Kelly in Old Hillsbrad Field for 2 silver - Anyone lvl 66 and up to actually enter the dungeon - The is a portal in Dalaran in the palace that takes you to the cavern of tiems so get a mage to port you to dalaran to get to there - The atlas is a add on from Curse.com witch shows you maps of the dungeon in game or you can find a map of it on here

Want to stock up this stuff but don't have enough bag space? Just drop down a MOLL-E, use the macro /script local function buy (n,q) for i=1,100 do if n==GetMerchantItemInfo(i) then BuyMerchantItem(i,q) end end end buy ("Rumsey Rum Black Label",10), fill up on them, and mail them away. I recommend downloading the add-on called Postal to help with opening this mail about a hundred times quicker >.>

I just sent it to an alt with his personal GBank with 4 tabs and stocked up. Happy buying.

With the current inflation levels I manage to sell 20-30 of these every day for about 1.30 - 1.40g a piece. They sell best in stacks of 5 or 10. I only need to go to the Old Hillsbrad every now and then, filling my 捕鱼大师的工具箱 (yes they go there). It's nice and steady supply of gold for virtually no effort.

Halaani Whiskey is still not nerfed, and it was already better than this before it's nerf anyway. It gives you +20 stamina but it costs 1g 60s to buy 3, which is the max that you can have at any time (although you can have it's buff active and buy another one to still have 3 in your inventory). Lowbies CAN get this themself and use it if they get a mage to port them to Shattrath (or a lock to summon them wherever in Outlands). Then to return whenever you please easily, I'd recommend setting your hearthstone to a place in Shattrath since it has portals to take you back to Orgrimmar or Stormwind anyway. Discover a flight path to Nagrand so you can easily return to Halaa for only 10s and 20c per trip (at neutral reputation) and of course make sure that your faction controls Halaa, or try to bomb and take it yourself if no one is there to stop you, but it will take some time since it takes about 19 or 20 fire bombs to kill a Halaani Guard at full hp.

5.2 PTR Build 16446 shows this as no longer increasing stamina, and instead simply getting you drunk. Such a shame for low level twinks, or even leveling new characters. I guess there's always Well Fed and holiday specific food buffs.
Edit: This change seems to have made it to live too. I'm not sure why, but time to empty out the bank...

Too bad for 10 to 24 twinks and leveling players who enjoy of lower level pvp as per 5.2 changes, but does someone have a reliable alternative now 15 stam buff is gone? I've been checking and Rumsey Rum Dark is the closest, while you can't just buy it at a vendor the 10 stam buff is the closest and is not dependent of faction controlled area or has a limitation on how many you can have on your bags, also has no level requirement.

I check for food but there is no food without level requirement and with enough stamina.

Any Other Idea?

The Good.

If you're REALLY looking for the ultimate competitive edge in PVP you can go for 哈兰威士忌. This sucker raises your stamina by 20!

The Bad.

Only able to buy when your faction controls the area, is BOP and you need a way to get there. My way around it was to use a recruit a friend account. Take my main to the Halaa region and them summon the recruited account toon. Then log off and use the RAF toon to summon my twink or player who needs to buy the drink.

If you don't have RAF then get a ride there on a two-seated mount or get a lock to summon you. Death run is not recommended (see ugly below)

The Ugly:

You can only buy 3 at a time. Damn you blizz! So just park your twink there or near the area so when you log in you can buy more.

Again this is for the SERIOUS people who want EVERY single advantage. In my book it's not worth it. 200 extra stamina is not worth the trouble. But THIS, people is your only alternative next to the regular 10 stamina rum which is drop only. (you can't buy it)
