Chapter 2 - Blasted Lands Demons
Chapter 3 - Winterspring Demons (+Rare Spawn )
Chapter 4 - Undercity (In front of Salazar Bloch)
Chapter 5 - Stormwind Keep (Library)
Chapter 6 - Onyxia THIS DROPS IN 10/25 MAN! Just loot after the loot has been passed out.
Chapter 7 - Blackwing Lair (Located after Lashlayer)
Chapter 8 - Ragnaros

I beleive you MUST get chapter 1 first, because Dr. Weavil drops his diary. I went to Molten core and killed Ragnaros while I had the quest, but not the diary from killing Dr. Weavil and it didn't drop.

Also, interestingly, completing this quest gets you the Onyxia's Lair (Level 60) feat of strength. I assume because you receive the turban as a quest reward that can only be from completing the dungeon.
