currently the manuscript is bugged, after purchase it unlearns itself due to some bug and its on the vendor again, requiring you to spend more than 2500 resources

For anyone wondering these appear to have been fixed. I had to buy them again but after swapping characters, logging out, etc. these are now showing properly on all characters.

You will have to re-buy them but only one more time it seems.
